The thrill for me has been to simply cross the finish line! I've done 5K's, a couple of 10K's and the Moab half marathon.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to be healthy. Running helps keep me healthy in every aspect of the word--physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally! I would love to run a few more half marathons.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Hope to be 80+ and still running!
Personal:
I am a wife and a mom --and I love being both! Dave is my husband. And Zach (almost 8) and Abbie (6) are my two kids also know as "ying" and "yang".
