The thrill for me has been to simply cross the finish line! I've done 5K's, a couple of 10K's and the Moab half marathon.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to be healthy. Running helps keep me healthy in every aspect of the word--physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally! I would love to run a few more half marathons.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Hope to be 80+ and still running!
Personal:
I am a wife and a mom --and I love being both! Dave is my husband. And Zach (almost 8) and Abbie (6) are my two kids also know as "ying" and "yang".

Very nice job again! You should plan on the midnight run - We got the flyer this week and it would be great to run it together. Hope all is well. Can I come to the lunch?
